James studied, worked, and interviewed extensively before developing a clear analysis of career search strategy. After graduating from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance, James went on to work as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate in New York. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School, and then worked as an Equity Research Analyst and Vice President at some of the most well-known global investment management firms in the country.
